In BOINC Manager, when I press "work", the status is "preempted". What that means, and what i have to do to start running?

When you run several projects, BOINC switchs from one project to another (after the time you have specified in your preferences) and when it switches (if the WU is not finished) it leaves it 'preempted' until it comes back to continue crunching the WU.
