I fear that both of these solutions (AppPlan and AppFiltering) need an updated Boinc Server, because these features are "recent" (3 or 4 years ago).
Rosetta server seems to be too much old (i read the footer..... Last Modified: 3 Dec 2007 20:36:17 UTC).
This is one of the reasons for which i am requesting, for a long time, to update it.
