Probably insignificant, but I have a Rosetta wu "downloading" at 0% complete. It has been like that since yesterday morning. Other projects are up/downloading normally. I can see from the server status page that all is working, I've checked my end, all okay.

I presume you've already gone to the download tab, selected the file, and clicked on the "retry now"? ...and then what happens? Does it rather quickly go back to a state where it will retry in a period of time?

There are some download debug settings that can be used in preferences file, but I don't have the description handy.
