Hi,
I'm trying to run rosetta@home behind linux firewall (iptables), which ports and from which hosts should I accept connections for my client to function properly?

The BOINC client uses "normal" HTTP connections to transfer files, so if you can browse the web thru your firewall, you should be fine.
