It seems that rosetta missed a important update within the boinc client. I have a very powerful PC but every WU I got ends in a "Client Error". No matter if I cancel a WU (https://boinc.bakerlab.org/rosetta/result.php?resultid=519706590) or if the WU finished successfully (https://boinc.bakerlab.org/rosetta/result.php?resultid=519706402). I would like to help your project. But you have to make sure that my computers do not create just b***s***. What can I do to support you? A answer will be nice, a solution will be perfect! Thanks Bruno |

You are using BOINC 7.0.31 on this machine, the other one with 7.0.28 (i.e. the latest stable release) has no issues. So first thing to try is downgrade to 7.0.28. If that does not solve the issue, try 6.12.34, rosetta is not always running good on BOINC v7, see this thread. Use different data directory for v6 and you will not loose your v7 configuration (it's not compatible with v6, so you can't downgrade easily). See also here for information on how to downgrade. . |

I've tried Boinc 7.0.28 with the same result. Unfortunatly I can't downgrade to version 6 because of the missing OpenCL support. I looks like I have to wait until Rosetta will support the new Boinc clients. |

You could also try to run the OpenCL project with an app_info file, that should work also with older BOINC client. But it's of course little more job for you. . |

I've uninstalled Boinc V7 and installed Boinc 6.12.34. Then I used app_info files for Poem and Einstein. In both cases I got only crunching errors. Thats enough for me. I will try to crunch Rosetta when they support Boinc V7.*. Thanks for the support. |
