The Rosetta@Home software has been updated to version 3.17. This release includes several exciting new protocols, as well as updates to existing protocols. If you have any questions, comments, or concerns, please post them here.

Descriptions of the new protocols will be added by their respective authors shortly.

The changes which I'm excited about are updated support for the ligand docking protocols. It should be much easier now to run investigations and predictions on small molecule (e.g. drug)/protein interactions.

Will Linux graphics work this time?

To answer my own question, No graphics for Ubuntu/linux once again!

Very Disappointing.

Graphics do slow down progress by at least 10%. I use windows for the most part, and I never watch the graphics (except when I recruit friends to join in). What I mean, is that you aren't missing on much. But that's just me.
