Hi guys,

I'm very new to Rosetta@home and I would like to know how to view my structure predictions(how to create the pdb-file). I already tried the manual at this site, but it doesn't work.

So which commands do you use or are there any problems with the current minirosetta version?

Would be very nice if you could explain how to do it.

Thanks for answers!

This may be an overly simple answer to a misunderstood question but the "Results" link under the "Returning Participants" category on the home page is not working for you?

Once there click on the work unit in question and you can view the plot right in your browser.

But I suspect that we are talking apples and oranges and I completely missed what you are talking about. That happens to me on a regular basis.

I believe the instructions work, but only for tasks processed with the 5.98 version, not the minirosetta version. I've not seen revised instructions for producing PDBs from the minirosetta result files.

Right, I didn't mean to imply one can chose which version to run with. Just trying to rationalize why it quit working around that time.

So I got no possibility to view the results?
Maybe it works with an older version?

If there is a way - please tell me

I believe the control files that define the work units are different, and so a task created for mini will probably not run under 5.98. But here is the URL to find the current versions of each application supported by the project (it takes a long time for the list of files to come down).

In fact, I'm getting timeouts the list is so long, here are direct links to the 5.98 versions, but again, I don't think that is going to work.

rosetta_beta_5.98_i686-apple-darwin 19M
rosetta_beta_5.98_i686-pc-linux-gnu 4.7M

If it helps, there was a discussion of the steps here.
