Noticed most WUs recently are titled 'bench jump...'. Wondering if Rosetta staff think that crunchers are so unfit they need exercise classes?
Is this a form of subliminal advertisising?

I think the Project Team is just going "ALL_OUT" to solve the protein structure prediction problem!

...but maybe later we can do some more "ABRELAX" :)

Geez, this project is really physically demanding. Got one of those "subliminal" messages that says increase_cycles. <puff> <puff> <puff>

well now she wants me to fold and dock_relax hows the even possible?
After that I have to pose and then do the dock relax thin again and then increase cycles. Thats on top of what i already do outside of rosie.

Turns out Rosetta is a great way of making money. Especially when you do symetrical docking of dimers. @:^P

All I got to do is relax and try a couple of chain break stunts later on and relax some more.

In the middle of unfolding a chain and breaking it up, then has to report to someone called RNA {who/where}. Only after all the hard work can I do some well earned relaxing. But I have to check Rosie's filters. Where are spares?
