Partnership

Biotech giant Amgen is putting up the money to fund three research projects in partnership with the University of Washington’s Institute for Protein Design (IPD).
Amgen declined to disclose the financial terms of the deal or the specific projects. But one aim of the partnership is to modify an existing group of cancer drugs, known as BiTE antibodies, so that they can target more kinds of cancer tumors.

Waiting for new anti-cancer wus!

Looks like they will need more crunching. I was wondering what to do with all the new CPUs.

I think....nothing. They continue to use the new cpus as usual, without optimization.
Here and here some threads, opened years ago, withoud results

After Ryzen 3000, then what? You can't shrink chips much more with extreme UV. We are heading for the last roundup.

Why don't they hire rjs5? They have big licensing opportunities here.
