.. For a reason i don'T know Boinc dosent load at startup. Does anyone know how to make boinc load at startup ? (Windows XP Pro sp2) Tx ! |

Just drag and drop the BOINC manager short cut icon to the startup folder on your start menu. list of my results |

Hemmm a startup folder .... i am not sure we understand each others. I wan't boinc to automaticaly load when i start my computer, like msn or firewall. During the time the computer boot to windows i do something else and sometimes i come back 1 houre later. 1 houres that could have been used by boinc ...but the program does not load at windows startup. |

The option was there when you installed (I think by default it should load up) But even better it to set it up as a service (again an instalation option), it then loads even withouth loging on and if you accidentally close BoincManager it does not stop crunching. You can run the install program again and it will just install over the top without messing up you setup :-) Team mauisun.org |
