Navy Teams???

(1) is U.S.Navy with 33 members and is ranked #114. (2) is US NAVY with 16 members and is ranked #152. Is it possible for the two teams to join together? I just joined the (1) team as it has more members and more credits. Will the founders of these teams consider joining their teams as one group? If I remember correctly the founder of one of those teams can't be found yet so they can't get the email addresses to contact eachother with to merge the two.
